Code of Conduct

Alabama Alliance

CODE  OF  CONDUCT

The Club President, Board of Directors & the Director of Coaching has combined to develop a Code of Conduct for all of our players, coaches and parents.  The purpose in doing this, is to provide a set of standards and expectations that will enable our club to pursue excellence in every area.  Our club has placed the development of character and discipline above the goal of winning at all costs.  However, it is our goal to win, and we believe that if we train a player in these areas, that winning will soon follow.  With this in mind, please, know that the majority of the playing time will be given to those that can give the teams the best chance to have success.
