Micro Soccer Registration. (No pre-registration with out payment will be allowed.)

Before you register please check out our new rules for Micro Soccer.

Online registration is open between January 10 - February 11, 2012.
Checks must be postmarked by February 8, 2012.

A $10 discount is available for siblings which can only be picked up on the first game day with a valid receipt at soccer central (westgate).

There are 3 ways to register your child for micro soccer.

1, Fill out our online registration form on our website and submit a secure ($55/child) payment via paypal, (visa or mastercard.) You can only submit one form and one payment at a time. If you are registering/paying for more than one child (including a sibling) you'll have to submit it twice.
If you complete the online registration and payment, you're all set. Next step is simply to show up for the first Micro soccer game day. Also team rosters and shirts will be available on the first game day.

2, Download and print a registration form (pdf) fill it out and mail it to:
Dothan Youth Soccer Association.
PO BOX 6234 Dothan, AL 36302. You must include a check ($55 /child) made out to DYSA. Please do not mail cash. We will notify you via email when we received your registration form and check.

3, Come and see us at soccer central (westgate) on February 12, 2012 between 2:00 - 4:00PM
We will have forms available for you to fill out. Only checks or cash can be processed.($55/child)
